Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive agile technical deliverables by coordinating with key stakeholders and aligning on roadmap strategy.
  • Lead program scoping and intake processes to define, prioritize, and manage product features and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee project schedules and mitigate risks using AI and machine learning insights for predictive analysis and budget forecasting.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools and automation to streamline project workflows, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Facilitate change management while leading teams through the adoption of new AI technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate progress using AI to synthesize large datasets into concise executive summaries and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • BA/BS in a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, or computer science)
  • 5 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for managing complex project delivery.
  • Understanding of the current AI landscape, including the ability to identify high-impact use cases within the program lifecycle.
  • Strong skills in prompt engineering to extract actionable insights from LLMs for project planning and problem-solving.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with a mindset focused on the ethical and efficient use of generative AI tools within the PMO.
  • High initiative and technical curiosity to evaluate emerging AI trends and their potential impact on organizational goals.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to lead distributed teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $135,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
