Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Recruiter on the Tech Data Product Recruiting team, you will partner closely with engineering leaders to attract, engage, and hire top technology talent. You will serve as a strategic talent advisor, leveraging market intelligence, data insights, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to drive hiring outcomes. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting, proactive talent pipelining, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced technology environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Product, and Technology leadership roles.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business and workforce plans.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, team structures, and future skill requirements.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent.
  • Assess, interview, and present qualified candidates while providing insights on talent availability and market trends.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and effective stakeholder management.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring funnel performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR, Compensation, Finance, and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data-related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, assessing, and hiring highly specialized technical talent.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing and talent pipelining strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Experience utilizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and recruiting technologies to manage the hiring process.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple searches while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Distributed Systems talent.
  • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting and productivity tools to enhance sourcing, market research, and candidate engagement.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, talent intelligence, and market mapping tools.
  • Strong understanding of technology talent market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Experience supporting executive and highly specialized technical hiring.
  • Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights and compelling talent stories.
  • Experience driving skills-based hiring, talent attraction, and innovative recruiting strategies.

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
