Partner closely with Tech and People teams to understand business needs, design tailored search strategies, and deliver exceptional talent. Serve as a trusted advisor by offering data-driven insights, market expertise, and sound judgment to influence hiring decisions and support long-term succession and talent planning.
- Offers and Closing | Partner closely with Tech and People leaders, including our Director of Compensation, to build offers that position Ro competitively in the talent market. Deliver and negotiate complex offers while skillfully championing the company’s vision and objectives.
