The Senior Technical Recruiter will source, screen and shepherd candidates through the recruiting process, collaborating with leaders on hiring needs and negotiating employment offers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in the San Francisco market. The successful candidate will source potential candidates to drive firm growth and help add value to Unify’s various clients. The candidate will understand our business landscape, articulate a vision for success, meet candidates virtually and face-to-face, and close offers. Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates
- Shepherd candidates through the entire recruiting process, including providing employment offers, discussing benefits, and negotiating salaries
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and the leadership team
- Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs and retain employees
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- Heavy experience recruiting on technical roles such as Data Engineers, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering
- Experience recruiting for business roles such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Management is preferred
- Knowledge of various sourcing methods and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred)
- Demonstrated success hiring technical candidates in a dynamic environment
- Experience working in consulting, staffing, or managed/professional services companies
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with candidates and team members
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area
