Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (Palo Alto), you will act as a talent advisor to our highest levels of leadership, navigating the most competitive talent landscapes in the world.
You are expected to:- Serve as a core consultant to our stakeholders, defining long-term capacity plans and talent bar standards for our global tech hubs.
- Own the talent strategy for the Silicon Valley/Bay Area and beyond, identifying candidates, market shifts, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Drive complex technical searches that require high-touch, bespoke engagement.
- Design and iterate on global hiring flywheels. You will identify bottlenecks in our global pipeline and build scalable solutions.
- Values of transparency and simplicity, ensuring our candidate experience remains a competitive advantage in hyper-competitive markets
- Architect systemic inclusive hiring practices that move beyond quotas to build truly diverse, high-performing global teams.
- 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a significant track record in Silicon Valley/Bay Area or global tech hubs.
- An encyclopedic understanding of the North American tech landscape
- Mastery of talent analytics to tell a story, manage executive expectations, and pivot strategies based on market reality.
- Expert-level command of ATS and advanced sourcing intelligence tools, combined with a deep understanding of modern engineering stacks
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Direct experience scaling Fintech or Big Tech engineering teams during periods of hyper-growth.
