LocationWe are hiring for this role to be based in the United States or Canada. This is a remote role unless you fall within the following parameters. If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to closing offers. You’ll be one of the first Technical Recruiters at GC AI, working directly with our CTO and Engineering leadership to build a world class Engineering team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help lay the foundational groundwork for technical hiring as we scale. We’re looking for a motivated startup operator who wants to take their career to the next level.
- Source, qualify, and hire top tier technical talent for our Engineering and Product teams.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to C-Level executives and founders
- Track and report on hiring metrics
- Manage multiple concurrent searches
- Build job descriptions, interview rubrics, and process improvements
- Use modern recruiting tools including Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter

Compensation
GC AI's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We also offer exceptional benefits, as well as commission plans for applicable roles. Our US-based compensation range for this role is $125,000 – $190,000. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors.
These compensation bands are just the starting point. After someone joins and proves they’re and exceptional performer, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.
