About the Role

We are hiring aggressively in our San Francisco office and we are searching for a recruiting powerhouse to source, screen, manage and quickly move candidates from the top of the recruiting funnel to close.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting to find, source, engage, and close high-caliber engineers and designers.

  • Partner with our hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and define scalable processes.

  • Design the candidate experience and iterate on recruiting funnels and metrics

  • Represent our product, vision and culture to candidates and the India talent market.

  • Build strong connections within technical and entrepreneurial communities.

  • Establish and document best practices, interview rubrics, and onboarding for our recruiting function.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Ideally, at a high-growth startup company, hiring for a variety of engineering and design roles

  • You love to grind, hustle, and source relentlessly.

  • Proven ability to hire technical (especially engineering) talent; you can relate to technical candidates and earn their trust.

  • Strong agency - you will call out issues you see and push toward quick resolution

  • Strong communication and closing skills; able to champion company culture.

  • Hungry, ambitious, and excited to grow within the organization.
