Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you'd be doing in this role

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that’s all part of the fun. This will give you the flavour of the type of things you’ll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Partnering closely with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to progress complex enterprise opportunities and remove technical blockers during the sales cycle

  • Leading deep technical discovery with IT, Security, and Architecture stakeholders to understand customer environments and deployment requirements

  • Owning identity and provisioning conversations, including SSO, SCIM, group provisioning, lifecycle management, and enterprise deployment design

  • Designing and delivering tailored technical demos and proof-of-concept environments that validate Canva in complex enterprise environments

  • Demonstrating Canva’s Admin APIs and integration capabilities, and building workflow examples that show how Canva fits into broader enterprise technology stacks

  • Acting as a trusted technical authority during security reviews, RFPs, and architecture discussions, while helping shape scalable adoption strategies for customers

  • Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, TAMs, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to share enterprise feedback, improve playbooks, and influence technical strategy

You're probably a match if

  • You have significant experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering within a SaaS environment

  • You’ve led enterprise customer conversations with IT, Security, and Architecture stakeholders and can confidently navigate both technical depth and executive-level storytelling

  • You bring strong experience with enterprise identity and access concepts, including SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM 2.0 provisioning

  • You’re comfortable designing and explaining REST API workflows, integration patterns, and scalable deployment architectures

  • You’ve worked with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, or Ping, and understand how to map these into customer lifecycle and governance models

  • You’re calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and great at turning complex technical requirements into clear business value

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with creative workflows, brand governance, asset management, workflow automation, or enterprise adoption models at scale

About the team

Canva’s Enterprise team is helping bring the power of visual communication to some of the world’s most sophisticated organisations. We work with customers who need creativity, collaboration, governance, and scale to coexist - and that’s where this team comes in.

As part of our Enterprise go-to-market motion, Technical Solution Consultants help customers validate that Canva can work seamlessly inside complex IT environments while still unlocking the creative capability our platform is known for. It’s a highly strategic role at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and customer impact.
