Senior UI/UX Designer responsible for analyzing requirements, creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, responsive interfaces, reusable components, and developer-ready design specifications. The role requires independent delivery of high-quality web and mobile application designs, alignment with branding and design systems, usability improvements, accessibility awareness, and incorporating stakeholder feedback within milestone-based timelines.

Job Summary
We are engaging a Senior UI/UX Designer to deliver high-quality user experience and user interface designs on a project and milestone-based engagement model. The designer will work independently and provide design deliverables within agreed timelines.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
UX Responsibilities
- Analyze provided business requirements, user stories, or functional documents.
- Create:
- User flows
- Information architecture
- Wireframes (low & high fidelity)
- Clickable prototypes
- Propose UX improvements based on usability best practices.
- Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and user-centric.
UI Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces.
- Align designs with existing branding and design systems.
- Create reusable UI components and screens.
- Ensure responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Deliver developer-ready designs with proper annotations.
Delivery & Coordination
- Work on assigned design tasks or modules independently.
- Share deliverables via agreed tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Incorporate consolidated feedback and submit final designs.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma (preferred) / mockups / Adobe XD / Sketch
- Experience designing web and mobile applications
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and visual design
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good to Have
- Experience working in contractual / freelance / milestone-based roles
- Understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS basics)
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
- Experience with enterprise or B2B applications
Portfolio Requirement
- Portfolio is mandatory, showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.
