The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead design for hybrid-casual mobile games, creating UI/UX flows, visual guidelines, and collaborating with teams to enhance game quality.
About the Role
We are opening a Senior UI/UX Designer position focused exclusively on hybrid-casual mobile games. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly creative, requiring someone who can think, design, and execute quickly across multiple game styles in parallel.
This is not a casual-only role—proven hybrid experience is a must
Must-Have Background
- Senior-level designer with 3–4+ years of experience in hybrid mobile games
- Strong experience working on live or scalable hybrid-casual titles
- Background in both UI/UX and 2D Game Art, with art-direction capabilities
- Experience collaborating closely with product, game designers, and artists
- AI Art Tools experience / driven to learn and use AI tools daily, where needed and efficient
Responsibilities
- Own UI/UX design for hybrid-casual mobile games from concept to production
- Quickly research market trends, competitors, and references
- Create high-quality UI/UX flows, wireframes, mocks, and final visuals
- Build and maintain art bibles and visual guidelines
- Work in parallel on multiple games and styles
- Produce 2D paint-overs on top of 2D and 3D assets (characters, environments, icons, logos, etc.)
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists and help raise overall quality
- Mentor and support artists when needed and help manage tasks and art in projects
- Communicate efficiently, think fast, and self-manage priorities in a dynamic environment
