Hellyeah AI is hiring a hands-on Senior User Acquisition Manager to help scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other performance channels. We are an AI-first performance marketing company working with mobile apps, gaming, AI/SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and iGaming clients. This role is for someone who can actually get inside ad platforms, build campaigns, analyze performance, and make smart optimization decisions. This is not a strategy-only role. Responsibilities: • Build, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad platforms • Manage campaign structure, budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing, and performance pacing • Analyze CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion quality, and funnel performance • Identify what is working, what is wasting budget, and what needs to be tested next • Work with creative teams to turn performance data into new ad angles and creative briefs • Monitor campaigns daily and prepare weekly performance insights • Help create repeatable playbooks for campaign setup, testing, optimization, and scaling • Support client-facing strategy when needed Requirements: • 4+ years of hands-on paid media or user acquisition experience • Strong experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads • Working knowledge of TikTok Ads • Experience with Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, or mobile ad networks is a plus • Experience with mobile apps, gaming, AI/SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or iGaming is a plus • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, pixels, events, UTMs, GA4, MMPs, or similar tools • Ability to explain performance clearly: what happened, why it happened, and what to do next • Strong written English • Comfortable working remotely with daily accountability Important: This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable opening ad accounts, building campaigns, checking data, finding issues, and making optimization decisions yourself. Nice to have: - Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Firebase, Looker Studio, or Supermetrics - Experience using AI tools for reporting, analysis, research, or workflow automation - Experience managing multiple client accounts at once
