Senior UX Designer

The Role:
We're on the lookout for a Senior UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric designs. You'll play a crucial role in defining and executing the user experience of our developer platform, ensuring it's both powerful and pleasurable to use.

What You'll Do:

• Lead UX design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.

• Collaborate with engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and enhance user satisfaction.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of UX design experience, ideally within early-stage startup environments.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Experience conducting user research and experimentation, and translating insights into design decisions.

• Exceptional visual design skills, attention to detail, and a mastery of user interaction.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of influencing user experience decisions in a team setting.
