The Role:
We're on the lookout for a Senior UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric designs. You'll play a crucial role in defining and executing the user experience of our developer platform, ensuring it's both powerful and pleasurable to use.
What You'll Do:
Lead UX design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
Collaborate with engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and enhance user satisfaction.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of UX design experience, ideally within early-stage startup environments.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience conducting user research and experimentation, and translating insights into design decisions.
Exceptional visual design skills, attention to detail, and a mastery of user interaction.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of influencing user experience decisions in a team setting.
