The Role:

Pixability is seeking a strategic and results-oriented SVP, North America Sales to lead and scale our revenue organization across the United States and Canada.

This executive will own North American revenue growth, deepen executive relationships across agency holding companies, independent agencies, and brands, and help shape the company's go-to-market strategy as video advertising continues to evolve across YouTube, CTV, and emerging AI-powered media environments.

This is a highly visible player-coach leadership role. The successful candidate will lead a team of high-performing sellers while personally cultivating and closing strategic enterprise opportunities. They will work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Data Science, Insights, and Strategy teams to ensure Pixability continues delivering differentiated value to clients and partners.

The ideal candidate combines executive-level sales leadership with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the evolving video, programmatic, and advertising technology landscape.

What You'll Do
  • Own and exceed North American revenue targets across agency and brand partnerships.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on both new business acquisition and account growth.
  • Strengthen executive relationships across agency holding companies, independent agencies, and strategic brand partners.
  • Drive enterprise sales efforts for Pixability's suite of managed service and technology solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product and Strategy teams to translate market feedback into product innovation and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities across YouTube, CTV, retail media video, and emerging digital video channels.
  • Represent Pixability at industry events, executive forums, and key client meetings.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, coaching, and operational excellence.

 

What You Bring:

  • 15+ years of digital media, advertising technology, or video advertising sales experience with a demonstrated record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience managing and developing enterprise sales teams.
  • Deep expertise in YouTube, Premium Video, CTV, Creator Solutions ad tech, measurement, or related media technologies.
  • Strong executive relationships across agency holding companies, video investment teams, programmatic leadership, and key brand decision-makers.
  • Experience selling both SaaS/platform solutions and managed service offerings.
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving video advertising ecosystem, including AI-driven optimization, media suitability, creator environments, and outcome-based measurement.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a bias toward action and comfort operating in fast-growing environments.
