The Opportunity

You have spent decades mastering the art of crafting cross-generation wealth transfer vehicles and structures. You’ve navigated complex tax code rules, built a book of business with some of the wealthiest and most famous individuals in the world, and guided their families through generational transitions. You have reached the pinnacle of legal practice in private wealth.

But you also know the industry is stuck. You see the inefficiencies, the antiquated procedures and software, and the friction that traditional firm structures cannot solve. You know that the current model is unsustainable in the face of generative artificial intelligence because clients will push your practice to justify the staff and associates you rely on and your fees. Leave the billable hour behind.

Join Wealth.com to become the architect of the future of estate, wealth transfer and tax planning. Share your institutional knowledge and create technology that will impact how private wealth advisors work and speak to their clients about their legacy. Touch millions of lives rather than hundreds.

This is your chance to redefine your own legacy as a professional: pivot from an attorney who provided best-in-class client service to the attorney who revolutionized the industry.

The Senior Vice President of Private Wealth is an executive on the Legal team who will lead their own team, represent our company at marquee industry events, and interface with our most important customers. You will use your industry experience to bridge the gap between enterprise-level growth, frontline insights, and product innovation—turning real-world themes, problems, and customer feedback into clear priorities and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in our most important growth initiatives.

    • Interface with senior partners at AmLaw 100 firms and executives at major financial institutions and trust companies to drive enterprise acclimatization and adoption of technology.

    • Bring in marquee and larger customers by working closely with our growth team, specifically the Director, Private Wealth Sales and Chief Growth Officer.

  • Be a software product visionary.

    • Improve the UHNW products by continuing the feedback loop with our product and engineering teams so that our solutions meet the rigorous standards of a partner-level attorney.

    • Ensure our company is proactive and the market leader, not just reactive to market trends and customer feedback.

    • Continue our culture of excellence and innovation.

  • Lead our people.

    • Build processes and participate in pre-sale and post-sale implementation of the software on site with customers.

    • Create systems, procedures, and internal metrics to ensure high-quality support from the legal and support teams at scale. Work closely with our Head of Client Experience.

    • Lead the Wealth.com professional review team, as a team of super users that supports our blue-chip customers.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. degree and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in private wealth, with at least 10 years in private practice.

    • Partner-level attorney preferred

    • ACTEC membership preferred

  • Strong interest in technology, particularly generative artificial intelligence. You understand that AI is not a threat to the legal profession, but another evolution for practitioners. You are ready to switch your ownership track from the law firm to the corporate world.

  • Demonstrated interest in building attorney teams, procedure for scale, and business development.

  • Willingness to travel at least once a month within the continental United States.

Compensation: $400,000 + significant pre-IPO equity package

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary.

  • Hybrid work arrangement if located in the Phoenix or New York area; otherwise, fully remote. We also meet together in person several times a year.

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance options, with low-cost premium structures that demonstrate our commitment to offering great value to our employees.

  • 100% company-paid basic life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance.

  • 100% paid parental leave upon eligibility.

  • Company equity managed through Carta.

  • 401k with match and 100% vesting upon hire.

  • Flexible PTO in an environment where taking time off to relax or recharge is supported and encouraged.

  • Take time off for holidays—and yes, your birthday counts too. Celebrate, relax, and recharge without thinking twice.

Wealth is an equal opportunity employer and encourages people from all backgrounds to apply. Should you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know.
