Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to join a modern, technology-enabled wealth management platform. This role is designed for independent advisors who want to maintain full control of their practice while leveraging institutional-grade technology, marketing, compliance, and operational support to scale efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is intended for active financial advisors currently managing a portable, fee-based book of business with a minimum of $25M in AUM. Candidates should be client-first, growth-oriented, and comfortable operating in an independent or 1099 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor for a personal book of clients, delivering comprehensive wealth management services
- Manage and grow client relationships across financial planning, portfolio construction, and ongoing advisory services
- Customize client portfolios, including access to traditional and alternative investment solutions
- Retain full ownership and discretion over investment philosophy and client strategy
- Collaborate with internal client service, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Actively grow the practice through referrals, marketing initiatives, and personal business development strategies
Platform Support Provided
- Unified, proprietary technology platform integrating CRM, operations, compliance, and marketing
- Built-in compliance and risk management services allowing advisors to focus on client relationships
- Dedicated client service and operational support for day-to-day account management
- Marketing support including digital campaigns, content, and SEO with compliance oversight
- Multi-custodial infrastructure with leading custodians
- Remote-first operating model with optional access to flexible office space
Compensation & Structure
- Independent contractor (1099) structure
- Compensation customized based on advisor production and preferences
- Revenue participation with potential equity upside
- No forced product sales or proprietary investment requirements
Requirements
- Minimum $25M in portable, fee-based AUM
- Active Series 65 or equivalent registration
- Proven experience advising high-net-worth or mass affluent clients
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
