Our client, an innovative technology driven brokerage that is financially backed by top tier investors, is changing the way people invest.
We are looking for a founding member for the web engineering team to build out the first consumer facing web platform. The product will feature real time, live updating data and context dependent interfaces, so you’ll be building a very complex web application.
You’ll have an opportunity to make a direct impact, work directly with the CEO and VP of Product Engineering, and define the scope of the product as a founding member.
QualificationsArchitect new features and reusable UI paradigms using ReactJS
Ability to lead a product from inception to launch, taking ownership of many areas
Work collaboratively with a design team
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in CS or related field)
4+ years of full-time working experience on a consumer-facing web product
Ability to look at design intuitively, taking user impact into consideration
JavaScript
Understanding of functional and reactive programming paradigms
Would be a bonus: proficiency in Python and Django
Core tech stack: Babel stage-0 (ES2017), ReactJS, Immutable.js, Redux, D3
