Position Overview 

Citrix is seeking a highly motivated Senior Web Experience Manager to own the execution, optimization, and governance of the Citrix.com digital experience. This role sits within Marketing and serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Marketing, Campaigns, IT, and agency partners to ensure the website supports business growth, customer engagement, and AI citations & visibility. 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital professional who can balance execution with strategic thinking. You will be responsible for planning, building, publishing, and optimizing web experiences while ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to governance standards across the Citrix digital ecosystem. 

Note: This is not a software development role. It is a business-focused digital experience role responsible for turning marketing requirements into high-quality web experiences that drive measurable outcomes. 

What You'll Do 

Website Experience Management 

  • Own the day-to-day execution of website updates, landing pages, campaign destinations, promotional content, and business-critical web experiences. 

  • Build, edit, and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital platforms. 

  • Ensure all web experiences align with brand, messaging, accessibility, and user experience standards. 

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content Strategist, Campaign Marketing, Partner Marketing, ABM, and Corporate Communications teams to support business priorities. 

Digital Governance & Operations 

  • Manage web governance processes, publishing workflows, approval processes, and content standards. 

  • Ensure consistency across templates, content types, navigation structures, and user journeys. 

  • Maintain quality assurance standards and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) before publication. 

  • Manage website backlog, intake processes, and prioritization in partnership with stakeholders. 

Optimization & Analytics 

  • Analyze website performance using GA4 and related analytics platforms. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, user journeys, AI citations, and content effectiveness. 

  • Develop actionable recommendations based on customer behavior and performance insights. 

  • Work with agencies to track, report and improve LLM/AI visibility and close the feedback loop with content teams and product marketing.  

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Serve as Marketing's primary liaison for website-related initiatives. 

  • Partner closely with IT teams responsible for platform infrastructure, integrations, templates, and technical architecture. 

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver enhancements, fixes, and optimization initiatives. 

  • Facilitate alignment between stakeholders while driving projects to completion. 

SEO/GEO & Content Discoverability 

  • Support SEO/GEO best practices across site content, metadata, taxonomy, redirects, and content structure. 

  • Partner with content creators to improve discoverability and customer engagement. 

  • Monitor site health and collaborate with technical teams on SEO/GEO enhancements.

  • Establish scalable governance and publishing processes.

  • Enhance the quality and consistency of the Citrix.com experience. 

  • Create stronger alignment between Marketing, IT, and agency partners. 

  • Deliver measurable improvements in user experience and operational efficiency. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise websites or digital experiences. 

  • Experience working within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms. 

  • Strong understanding of website publishing workflows and content governance. 

  • Experience supporting demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital marketing programs. 

  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization. 

  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4. 

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting large enterprise B2B technology organizations. 

  • Experience working with global websites 

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web troubleshooting. 

  • Experience managing agency relationships and digital vendors. 

  • Experience using Click-up, Jira, or similar project management tools. 

  • Understanding of UX principles and customer journey design. 

  • Experience supporting website migrations, redesigns, or digital transformation initiatives.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. CA generally ranges: $131,279-$196,918 All other locations fall under our General State range: $115,157-$172,735 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
