Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a forward-thinking product vision and strategy that aligns with TomoCredit's long-term business objectives.

  2. Lead comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify new product opportunities and areas for growth.

  3. Own and manage a strategic product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.

  4. Prioritize product initiatives by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

  5. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class product solutions.

  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and strategy.

  7. Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimizations.

  8. Analyze product performance through KPIs and data insights, iterating on the product to maximize user engagement and business outcomes.

  9. Advocate for user-centric design and foster a customer-first mindset across teams.

  10. Lead usability testing and feedback sessions to refine product features and user experiences.

 Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or a fast-paced technology environment.

  2. Demonstrated success in launching and scaling impactful products.

  3. Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements.

  4. Expertise in product lifecycle management, Agile development methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.

  5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  6. Data-driven decision-maker with experience in analytics tools and performance metrics.

  7. Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
