Overview

The ServiceNow ITOM Architect will design, architect, and deliver scalable ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB

  • Define ITOM architecture, CMDB governance, and data models

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and IntegrationHub

  • Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and monitoring tools

  • Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance

  • Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to development teams

  • Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions

  • Support presales activities including solution design, estimations, and technical workshops

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)

  • Strong JavaScript scripting skills (Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts)

  • Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and enterprise integrations

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools
