Position Description
- The ServiceNow Business Analyst will design and implement ServiceNow workflows to automate RMF activities, approvals, evidence collection, and reporting.
Position Responsibilities
- Gather and document RMF process automation requirements
- Design ServiceNow workflows to support RMF lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and RMF stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, and user adoption
- Continuously improve RMF automation capabilities
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Business Analyst experience
- Experience designing workflows, forms, and integrations
- Familiarity with RMF or GRC processes preferred
- ServiceNow certifications preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance is required
