Requirements
Must Haves:
- 7 years of professional Service Now design and development experience
- 7 years of software engineering experience, with deep experience with Ansible
- 5 years of experience with ITIL methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases
- Experience leading and taking ownership of ServiceNow-related integration projects
- Experience configuring and demonstrating solutions in the ServiceNow platform
- Experience implementing ServiceNow best practices and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to integrate ServiceNow with other solutions, like VMWare and Linux
- Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with modern software test validation best practices
