Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation experience. The candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM, Platform Management Studio, integrations, and ServiceNow version upgrades. The role requires someone who can independently handle development, integration, customization, upgrade, and production support activities.

 

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work extensively on ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations.
• Develop and customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and other platform components.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
• Participate in ServiceNow version upgrades, including impact analysis, remediation, testing, and post-upgrade activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.

 

Requirement :

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Good experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow version upgrades and upgrade impact analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an enterprise ServiceNow environment.
