Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1000+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Social Manager to define Harvey’s voice. You’ll own how we show up across platforms, turning what we’re building into clear, credible, and relevant narratives about AI, law, and professional work. This is a high-trust role. You’ll work closely with product, comms, and leadership to ensure what we say externally reflects what actually matters internally. Some work is planned; some is real-time. Both need to be sharp. This role calls for someone who can spot a cultural moment, move quickly, and communicate with precision and nuance across audiences that range from BigLaw partners to AI researchers to general business media.

What You'll Do
  • Own Harvey’s social strategy and execution (LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels)

  • Turn product updates, customer outcomes, and company thinking into high-signal content

  • Translate complex legal and AI concepts into content that lands with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Monitor social sentiment and industry conversations to surface opportunities and flag potential issues in real time

  • Lead real-time and sensitive communications with good judgment

  • Build an audience of practitioners, decision-makers, and credible voices

  • Partner with design, content, and leadership to produce concise, effective posts

What You Have
  • 5+ years in social, ideally in high-stakes or high-growth tech or AI environments

  • Experience building a relevant, engaged audience

  • Strong writing and editorial judgment

  • Show sharp judgment under pressure and can move quickly without sacrificing quality

  • Have a genuine feel for internet culture, online communities, and what makes content travel

  • Experience handling launches, announcements, and sensitive moments

  • Clear understanding of how people consume information online

  • Comfort using analytics to inform decisions

Nice to Have
  • Experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or similar spaces

  • Background in writing, journalism, or editorial

  • Familiarity with legal audiences and how they evaluate tools

  • Interest in AI and responsible communication

Compensation

$136,000-$204,000
