Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Reddit community management strategies for clients and Siege Media
  • Identify relevant communities, engagement opportunities, and discussion trends that support client and business goals
  • Build authentic brand presence within online communities while adhering to platform guidelines and community norms
  • Monitor community sentiment and proactively identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Create and manage social content calendars, engagement plans, and community playbooks
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Reddit, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms that influence AI search visibility
  • Track and report on community growth, engagement, brand mentions, and visibility metrics
  • Monitor how brands appear across AI search experiences, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, GEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Design, and Account Management teams to ensure social efforts support broader organic growth initiatives
  • Communicate strategic recommendations, performance insights, and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay current on platform updates, moderation trends, AI search developments, and community best practices
  • Contribute to the development of service offerings, workflows, documentation, and best practices for community-led growth
  • Support future hiring, onboarding, and training efforts as the social and community department expands
  • Manage multiple deadlines and client priorities while maintaining utilization and quality expectations
  • Deliver a reliable, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients grow visibility, trust, and brand awareness across community-driven platforms
Required Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media, online communities, influencer programs, or community-led growth initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience with Reddit community management and a strong understanding of subreddit culture, moderation, and engagement best practices
  • Experience developing and executing organic social media strategies for brands or clients
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across communities and audiences
  • Strong understanding of community engagement metrics and social performance reporting
  • Ability to identify opportunities for brand visibility while maintaining authenticity and community trust
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fully remote environment
  • Experience working within Google Workspace and project management systems
  • Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and contribute to building new service offerings
  • 3–5 years in an agency environment

Salary Range

Salary range for this role: $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience with community management, Reddit strategy, social media growth, AI visibility, and agency background.
