JOIN OUR TEAM

At VASA Fitness, we're more than a gym--we're a growing fitness brand with an even bigger story to tell. As VASA expands into new communities, social media is becoming an increasingly important part of how people discover our brand, experience our culture, and ultimately walk through our doors.

We're looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator who knows what makes people stop scrolling--and has the professional experience to bring those ideas to life for a brand.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced content creator with 3+ years of professional experience creating social content within a brand or agency environment. You'll be in our clubs capturing photo and video content on your iPhone, helping coordinate shoots, scheduling and publishing across platforms, engaging with our community, and keeping a constant pulse on emerging trends and what VASA should be doing next.

You'll need both a creative eye and strong execution skills. We're looking for someone who can take direction and run with it, manage multiple pieces of content and competing deadlines, and understand how social performance should influence what gets created next. You'll help turn performance insights, trends, UGC, and what's happening inside our clubs into content that feels relevant, timely, and unmistakably VASA.

You'll join a growing Marketing team where social is a priority and an important part of VASA's continued growth. There's room to expand your skills across content creation, production coordination, UGC, copywriting, community management, and analytics while taking meaningful ownership of how VASA shows up across social.

Professional content creation experience and a portfolio are required for consideration.

BENEFITS

All employees receive two complimentary gym memberships--one for themselves and another to give away--plus 401k options. Additional benefit packages are available for employees who work 30+ hours per week.

  • Salaried Employees: Flexible Vacation Plan, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, and Health, Dental, Vision Benefits
