We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Marketing Intern to help expand our online presence, engage with niche communities, and develop strategies for organic growth across platforms like Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Tasks
* Develop and execute social media strategies to grow SourceReady’s presence on Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
* Research and participate in relevant online communities, including Reddit threads, LinkedIn groups, and industry forums, to establish SourceReady as a thought leader.
* Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, covering topics related to AI sourcing, supply chain insights, and business growth.
* Design visually engaging content, including video clips, motion graphics, and social media posts, to increase brand awareness.
* Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to improve visibility and engagement.
* Work with the marketing team to experiment with viral growth strategies, community engagement tactics, and influencer partnerships.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
* Experience with social media growth strategies, especially on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g., using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
* Strong ability to create engaging video content optimized for different platforms.
* Bonus: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for social media graphics.
* Interest in AI and technology related fields.
