About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (Contractor) who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor to support our multi-platform social strategy, grow a deeply engaged community, and bring Prenuvo’s brand voice to life in culture-shaping ways. You’ll create compelling, compliant content that sparks conversation, builds trust, and drives meaningful impact.

This role blends creativity, trend fluency, and data-driven insights—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. You won’t just be managing posts, you’ll help shape how people think about their health. You’ll join a mission-driven team working to bring life-saving early detection into the mainstream.

This is a 6-month contractor position requiring a consistent commitment of 25–40 hours per week. The role is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the U.S. Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You’ll Do

  • Support Prenuvo’s organic social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Build and manage an always-on content calendar tied to brand campaigns, product moments, patient stories, and relevant health awareness initiatives
  • Format, proofread, and upload content across platforms with exceptional attention to detail
  • Lead social-first campaign ideation, develop content briefs, and write thumb-stopping copy optimized for each platform
  • Partner with marketing, PR, community, and creative teams to amplify launches, media hits, and brand storytelling
  • Support design for social graphics using Figma templates and internal creative assets
  • Monitor all platforms daily using Sprout Social and escalate risk issues in partnership with community management
  • Assist with IG Story reshares, influencer team coordination, and real-time cultural opportunities
  • Support development and publication of patient story content, collaborating on writing, approvals, and imagery
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and optimizing future content accordingly
  • Regularly monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategy and identify whitespace opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal designers and video editors to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in health, wellness, or regulated industries
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft sharp, concise messages that tell a clear story and drive action
  • Proficiency in Figma, Trello, Frame.io, and social tools like Sprout Social (or similar publishing and analytics platforms)
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, SEO for social, and emerging trends especially across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfort navigating compliance considerations while thinking creatively and pushing bold ideas forward
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a consistent ability to catch errors and uphold high editorial standards across all content

Our Values

First: we are Pioneers

  • Transforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum. This journey is as challenging as it is rewarding.

Second: we are Platform-Builders

  • We’re always building foundations that allow us to achieve tomorrow more than we did today. We never lose sight of what’s ahead – in a mindset of ownership and duty to our mission.

Above all: we are Patients

  • We could all be the next person who walks through our very doors, seeking clarity or peace of mind. We are proud of our impact on our patients’ lives, and we won’t stop till everyone can benefit from our work.

What We Offer

  • An avenue to make a positive impact on people's lives and their health
  • We believe in preventative healthcare for everyone, including our team - Prenuvo provides free, whole-body scans to each team member
  • Growth opportunities are at the heart of our people journey, we’re doing big things with bright minds - there is no single path to success, it can be shaped along the way
  • Building strong relationships is at the core of everything we do - our team gets together each week to connect, share, and socialize
  • The hourly wage for this role is $55.29/hour in local currency

We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

As part of the hiring process, successful candidates will undergo a background check in compliance to applicable federal, provincial, and state rules.
