To deliver on this mission, our global team is composed of team members with life experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives that mirror our developers and customers around the world. At AppLovin, we are intentional about the team and culture we are building, seeking candidates who are outstanding in their own right and also demonstrate their support of others.

About the role

AppLovin is one of the largest and fastest-growing ad platforms in the world. Brands of all sizes use AppLovin to grow their businesses - from small ecommerce brands rapidly growing by tens of millions in revenue annually, to large companies that do billions in revenue. Most consumer brands just haven't discovered AppLovin yet, or don't understand how it can transform their business. Your job is to drive advertisers to AppLovin through our social accounts.

Most B2B social content falls flat. Videos don’t get watched. Threads get scrolled past. We want a storyteller with taste and a point of view. AI tools are leveraged to move faster, but the ideas, the calls, and the craft are yours. You experiment, kill what does not work, and double down on what does, regardless of format.

What you'll do
  • Run our social accounts. Own X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram day to day - what goes out, when, and why.
  • Figure out what content lands and ship it. Charts, threads, videos, webinars, livestreams, whatever wins. Pull from our first-party advertiser data, customer voices, new product features, and the broader market.
  • Engage, don’t just broadcast. Jump into the conversations where brands and builders already are. The accounts should feel alive, not scheduled.
  • Ship fresh content weekly. Measure performance and home in on what lands and stop doing what doesn’t.
  • Find ways to amplify content such as partnering with influencers and brands.
What we're looking for
  • You have built something that went viral. A tweet that broke 10M views, a podcast that hit, a video that broke 1M, a Substack that scaled past 10k subs. You are a storyteller first.
  • You can build from scratch on your own, and you also know how to partner with designers and video teams when something deserves a bigger swing.
  • You are extremely online and obsessed with what builders are shipping right now. AI agents, indie tools, viral consumer apps, breakout DTC brands. You know who is making them, why they are working, and why their posts are blowing up.
  • (BONUS): You are fluent in Claude Code and agentic AI tools. You build things with them — sites, tools, workflows, content. Not just chat with them.
