  • Build strong relationships with influencers, analysts, and industry voices to amplify MinIO’s brand presence.
  • Create, write, and distribute a monthly newsletter that highlights company milestones, product updates, customer stories, and thought leadership.
  • Foster a community of advocates by responding to followers, encouraging dialogue, and elevating customer and partner success stories.
  • Experiment with new content formats, storytelling approaches, and platform features to drive continuous improvement.

Performance and Collaboration

  • Use analytics and social listening to track performance, report insights, and optimize future content.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, PR, and Demand Generation to ensure social strategy aligns with launches, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for creative testing, channel investment, and audience targeting.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 3–4 years of social media experience in B2B technology or AI.
  • Proven success in growing and managing high-impact social programs that build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability with a clear, authoritative style suited to enterprise audiences.
  • Hands-on experience managing social platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube, with a mix of organic and paid programs.
  • Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, content optimization, and social media algorithms.
  • Experience using AI tools for content ideation, audience insights, and performance analysis to improve efficiency and creative impact.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across marketing, communications, and product teams.
  • Creative thinker with strong visual judgment and familiarity with multimedia production.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
