GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager who is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across all company social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves developing creative campaigns, monitoring social trends, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure effective online presence.

The Social Media Manager collaborates with the marketing and design teams to align strategies with overall business goals. They must stay up to date with platform updates, audience behavior, and digital marketing trends to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and impactful.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and trends
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
  • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns and audience targeting (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
