We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
Imprivata's Social Media Manager plays a key role in planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for the company's social media (organic) channels to promote its values, culture, solutions, and brand. This role will partner with key functional stakeholders and third parties to implement effective content strategies on social media platforms that build and engage online communities.
Reporting to the Vice President of Brand, Digital & Communications, this role will focus on increasing Imprivata's exposure and ensuring brand consistency. This position requires superior storytelling and organization abilities along with strong verbal and writing skillsets to interact with customers and other stakeholders via Imprivata's social media accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
This position offers a total compensation range of $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact for Imprivata's social media program and oversee day-to-day management of organic campaigns, crafting and posting compelling content to grow engagement and build awareness
- Define and execute actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers, and ensure progress on all platforms with analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- Create opportunities to build Imprivata's reputation and customer loyalty by finding real-time online conversations and engaging with followers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts
- Work as a trusted partner and advisor to internal business partners across multiple disciplines to identify and support social media needs and assist with the creation, development, and execution of social content
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar for both organic and paid social activities, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders on key message development and topic identification to further drive the brand and corporate story forward
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
- Analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as engagement rates, and measure performance against defined KPIs
- Keep an eye on social media trends and techniques, and make recommendations to continuously improve performance
- Other duties as assigned and required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of previous social media management experience
- Must possess an in-depth knowledge of social media best practices for platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and catering unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Proven ability to write creative, precise, and grammatically correct communications
- Ability to translate complex ideas and processes into simple, authentic, and compelling content to drive engagement and build Imprivata's social presence
- Must be willing to fluidly navigate between strategy and execution
- Ability to simultaneously manage deadlines for multiple projects and adapt to frequently changing priorities
- Outcome-focused and motivated by delivering measurable results
- Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Prior experience in copywriting or content management is preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
