Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and scale their digital presence across key platforms. They operate within the luxury home improvement e-commerce space and have experienced strong global growth in recent years through premium branding and disciplined digital execution.

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity designed for a high-performing professional who thrives in ownership-driven environments. The ideal candidate combines creative instincts with data-backed decision-making and understands how to position a luxury brand across social platforms with intention and consistency.

You will take full responsibility for strategy, execution, engagement, and optimization across social channels while collaborating closely with leadership and creative teams. This is not a coordination role. It is a leadership seat for someone ready to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities
• Lead and expand their presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Develop and maintain structured content calendars aligned with brand objectives and revenue goals
• Design platform-specific growth strategies tailored to luxury positioning
• Monitor emerging social and industry trends to keep the brand ahead of competitors
• Manage daily community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interaction
• Partner with graphic designers and video editors to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content
• Build SOPs and documentation to ensure scalable and consistent execution
• Track performance metrics, interpret analytics, and refine strategy based on data insights
• Drive both organic growth initiatives and campaign-based performance improvements


Requirements

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience managing social media for ecommerce, lifestyle, or luxury-focused brands
• Strong understanding of platform-native strategies, particularly for premium brands
• Demonstrated success growing accounts organically and through strategic campaigns
• Ability to operate independently with strong judgment and full accountability for outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and content production

Nice to Have

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Zapier, or similar workflow tools
• Previous collaboration with design and video production teams
