This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand, goals, and objectives.


2. Content Creation and Curation: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.


3. Community Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.


4. Brand Representation: Represent the company in a positive and authentic way across digital channels.


5. Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Utilize social media marketing tools for analysis and reporting.


6. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.


7. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns.


8. Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.


9. Influencer Outreach: Develop relationships with influencers to create a network for promoting the company's products or services.


10. Crisis Management: Monitor and respond to crises on social media platforms, ensuring the company's reputation is maintained.



Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.

- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.

- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.

- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
