Job Summary

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of organic and paid social media strategies that grow brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, build creator and community relationships, and drive measurable ecommerce and retail business results. This role requires a strategic, creative, and highly analytical marketer who understands modern social ecosystems, short-form content trends, creator partnerships, paid social performance, and community-led growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, social innovation, and leveraging emerging platforms, content formats, and creator communities to aggressively grow the brand across all major social channels.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated B2C social media strategies aligned with brand identity, audience demographics, product launches, and business objectives.
  • Own organic and paid social campaigns across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, reach, and social commerce performance through data-driven testing and optimization.
  • Define and maintain the brand’s social voice across all platforms while creating compelling, culturally relevant content and copy.
  • Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop high-performing social campaigns, creator collaborations, launches, and promotional activations.
  • Lead influencer and creator marketing programs including sourcing, outreach, relationship management, campaign execution, licensing, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging social trends, platform changes, creator opportunities, and viral content formats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, digital marketing, PR, retail marketing, and product teams to align social campaigns with broader business initiatives.
  • Manage social publishing calendars, community engagement strategies, moderation workflows, and escalation processes.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, audience growth, attributed revenue, and sentiment.
  • Continuously test and optimize content strategies, creative formats, posting cadence, paid amplification, and audience targeting.
  • Evaluate and implement best-in-class social media tools, AI-assisted content workflows, listening platforms, and creator management solutions.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements and support all company safety and operational standards.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • 5+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably within lifestyle, consumer electronics, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record growing brand social channels and delivering measurable business impact through social campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of short-form video, creator ecosystems, UGC strategies, social commerce, and platform trends.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and related advertising platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships from sourcing through reporting and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social analytics, attribution tools, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, agencies, photographers, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, consumer behavior, digital marketing funnels, and ecommerce performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent content production platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Experience presenting strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.

Range for this position:

$75,000 - $100,000

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
