We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Social Media Operations Manager to optimize the planning, execution, and performance of our social media monitoring. In this role, you’ll ensure that our social media strategy is executed efficiently, at scale, and with measurable impact. You will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, manage processes, and drive performance through insights and operational excellence.
What You’ll DoMonitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and engaging manner across channels (Reddit, Facebook).
Optimize social media monitoring processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving patient experience in those channels.
Develop and maintain reporting structures to track KPIs and generate actionable insights to improve engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance patient experiences.
Audit and document social media processes and best practices to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, updates, and best practices.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Operations Manager or similar operational role.
- Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Reddit, Facebook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—know how, when, and what to communicate with confidence and clarity.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of community management.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 in addition to benefits.
