This is a remote position.

  • Understand queries from prospects, engage them and understand their needs
  • Research, build and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Provide answers to queries about classes, their availability, pricing of classes, recommend the right courses, community activities, etc based on their needs.
  • Engage, followup, converse over social media platforms with prospects.
  • Keep an updated student database via using a software tool that is used in the organization and follow up with participants using the same tool.
  • Open to work in late night or early morning shift to support international customers.


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to think independently and innovatively
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Good command in English
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and any CRM software (Ex: Zoho CRM)
  • Ability to negotiate and understand prospects needs, engagement, and sales skills
  • Passionate about helping customers and building long term relationships
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Ability to learn any new software tool that is adopted by the organization to accomplish tasks and communicate with others
  • Excellent time management
