Tradeify seeks a Social Media Specialist to grow audience engagement through creative posts and videos, manage content, and track performance across multiple platforms.
About Tradeify
Tradeify is a fast-growing fintech company empowering traders through access to capital, real-time data, and cutting-edge technology. With a global community of 50,000+ traders and creators, we’re building an ecosystem that makes trading more transparent, accessible, and community-driven.
We’re scaling fast—launching new content experiences like Tradeify TV, expanding our platform, and growing a global audience that’s eager, curious, and engaged.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious Social Media Specialist who understands how to grow an audience — whether that’s through their own personal brand or through previous work for a company or creator.
You’ll help bring Tradeify’s voice to life across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Discord. You’ll spot trends, create compelling short-form videos, design graphics, and help build meaningful engagement with our growing community.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, experiment, and make an impact — especially someone who lives and breathes online culture.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging posts, videos, graphics, and stories that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Help manage the content calendar — brainstorming ideas, drafting posts, and coordinating timing.
- Engage directly with our community across multiple platforms, responding to comments and fueling conversations.
- Track performance metrics and share insights on what’s working and what needs to evolve.
- Stay constantly plugged into trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates to keep our content fresh.
- Collaborate with internal teams on launches, campaigns, and community-driven initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation OR a personal creator account with strong engagement and proven growth.
- Demonstrated success growing a brand’s online presence or building your own following.
- Strong writing skills, creativity, and a natural understanding of what performs well on social platforms.
- Experience editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and designing social posts using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- A trend-spotter who understands internet culture, communities, and how to connect with audiences authentically.
- Organized, adaptable, proactive, and excited to bring new ideas to the table.
Bonus Points
- Experience running or moderating a Discord community.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics.
- Comfortable being on-camera for content when needed.
Why Tradeify
- Join a high-growth fintech company where creativity and innovation matter.
- Work closely with a small team and see your ideas come to life quickly.
- Grow your professional portfolio across brand strategy, content creation, and community-building.
- Competitive pay, creative freedom, and real opportunities to level up your career.
