Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing high-impact, user-facing applications. You will be responsible for delivering back-end solutions for business-critical platforms and agent facing tools, the primary interface for customer acquisition.These applications are central to both internal operations and customer engagement, requiring exceptional performance, usability, and reliability.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, devops, and other backend developers.

• Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Add testable, high quality, scalable, testable, and maintainable code.

• Build and enhance features for the Agent facing tools.

• Ensure backend solutions meet business requirements and deliver an excellent user experience.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in backend architecture, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang and modern back-end frameworks.
• Experience developing responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Familiarity with front-end integration with middleware or back-end services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to be in office 3x/week.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Cloud Infrastructure (Preferred GCP Experience)
• Ability to derive actionable insights from usage data (e.g., frequently accessed pages, customer journey mapping).
• Experience with mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $100,246.00 - $164,689.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
