Job Overview:
We are looking for an early-career engineer to join Arm'sDeveloper and Platform Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) and support the development of Arm's MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. This role focuses on contributing technical content to the MCP knowledge base, assisting in the development of evaluation frameworks, and supporting the publishing and distribution of MCP capabilities across SDKs and MCP registries.
Our team works on software development methodologies, educational content, example software, and development tools. Our top priority is ensuring that developers can successfully adopt Arm technology. We work across multiple computing segments, including servers and cloud, mobile, laptops, and embedded systems, exposing you to a wide range of real-world developer scenarios.
As part of a small, dynamic team, you will contribute to building and prototyping scalable solutions while supporting developer enablement efforts across the Arm ecosystem. In this role, you will help improve how developers discover and use Arm technologies through MCP-enabled systems while building foundational skills in AI tooling, evaluation, and developer workflows. Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for new technology are key to success in this role.
You will gain hands-on experience working with AI-assisted developer tools, learning how knowledge is structured, evaluated, and delivered in modern agentic systems. As part of the CoE, you will contribute to scalable approaches for developer enablement and learn how high-quality developer experiences are built and maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the MCP server knowledge base by developing and maintaining technical content for Arm technologies (e.g., tutorials, examples, and documentation)
- Support the extension of the MCP evaluation framework by creating test cases, datasets, and validation scenarios for new Arm technologies
- Assist in evaluating AI-generated outputs for correctness, relevance, and usability in developer workflows
- Support the publishing and updating of MCP server integrations across SDKs and MCP registries under guidance
- Help validate MCP distributions to ensure correct integration and functionality across environments
- Identify gaps in knowledge coverage and suggest improvements
- Participate in prototyping MCP use cases and testing AI-assisted development workflows
- Collaborate with team members to improve content quality, evaluation processes, and distribution workflows
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelors (BS) in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic programming experience in Python or C++ and familiarity with Linux environments
- Interest in AI-assisted development tools and modern developer workflows
- Basic understanding of software packaging, SDKs, or APIs
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude)
- Basic understanding of APIs or software development workflows
- Familiarity with Arm architecture
- Interest in documentation, developer education, or technical writing
