Job Description:
Advantest America, a leading Semiconductor Test and Measurement Company, is seeking self-driven and creative engineers to build applications for new technologies related to machine learning and generative AI. You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that leverage LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps pipelines, and data visualization to optimize engineering productivity, test coverage, and decision-making across semiconductor operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in developing LLM-based tools to automate data analysis, technical documentation processing, and code generation workflows for the 93K test platform.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems into testing pipelines.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to transfer customer requirements into prototype solutions
- Provide a weekly progress report to manager
Requirements and Qualifications:
- BS or MS in computer science, engineering, data science or related program
- 2 yrs experience
- Experience with at least one generative AI tool such as Cursor, Github Copilot, Claude code or other.
