Join Genspark to build next-generation AI-powered super agents. We're seeking software engineers with an AI-native development mindset who are passionate about LLM products and agent systems
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions with AI-first architecture for our super agent platform
- Build robust APIs and microservices for seamless LLM integration
- Contribute to the evolution of our AI agent's capabilities through experimentation with ML/RL techniques
- Collaborate across engineering, design, product, and GTM teams to deliver AI-enhanced solutions
- Drive continuous improvement through performance optimization and AI-native development practices
Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years full-stack engineering experience with end-to-end product development
- AI-native development mindset: Proficient with AI vibe coding for development and debugging
- Strong engineering skills:
- Frontend: modern frameworks such as React/Vue/Angular
- Backend: Python (required), Go, C++ or Java
- RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
- LLM product passion: Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and model deployment
Preferred:
- Agent development experience: Building production LLM applications and agent systems
- Post training expertise: RLHF, reward modeling, SFT, instruction tuning, and domain adaptation techniques, model evaluation, training data engineering
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
