About the Role

We’re hiring Frontend Developers to help train and evaluate next-generation coding agents and AI systems. In this role, you’ll build small to mid-sized web application features, validate AI-generated code, and provide structured feedback on UI/UX decisions and implementation quality.

This position is ideal for developers with 2–6 years of experience who are strong in a modern JavaScript framework and comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools.

Depending on your portfolio strength, you may be matched with one of two active projects that range from high-volume development tasks to more design-focused frontend builds.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain modern web interfaces using your strongest frontend framework.

  • Review, test, and refine code generated by AI coding assistants.

  • Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable components.

  • Apply strong CSS fundamentals, including Tailwind, Bootstrap, or custom styling approaches.

  • Provide feedback on layout, accessibility, and UI/UX clarity.

  • Follow detailed project guidelines for evaluation integrity and task consistency.

  • Communicate clearly with project coordinators and follow milestone-based task delivery.

Required Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of experience in frontend or fullstack development.

  • Proficiency in at least one modern framework: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.

  • Strong CSS fundamentals and experience with component libraries or design systems.

  • Ability to interpret design specifications and translate them into clean UI implementations.

  • Familiarity with Git, modern tooling, and common frontend workflows.

  • Excellent written English communication (B2+).

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools, coding agents, or automated code suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI, Chakra, Radix, or similar UI libraries.

  • Portfolio showcasing live projects, GitHub repos, design prototypes, or interactive demos.

  • Prior experience in AI training, LLM evaluation, or annotation environments.

  • Exposure to software testing, QA workflows, or documentation writing.
