The Software Engineer (Backend) will design and develop scalable distributed systems and APIs, enhancing anomaly detection and collaborating across teams.
Software Engineer (Backend)

We bring an integral solution to enterprises of all sizes to give visibility into the cloud and instill confidence in our cybersecurity leaders by leveraging the ability to intercept and stop attacks in real-time.
Some of the Role Responsibilities
-Building distributed systems processing large volumes of data.
-Design, develop and maintain APIs, systems to enable the product in a scalable fashion.
-Building models and features to enhance anomaly detection.
-Work & Communicate with Product, Design and Other Engineering teams.
-Develop and iterate fast, maintaining a high quality bar.
Job Requirements
-Programming languages needed: Java, Python
-Familiarity with streaming platforms such as Kafka.
-Familiarity with stream processing systems such as spark.
-Familiarity with distributed systems.
Bonus Qualifications
-Experience working on streaming and stream processing systems such as kafka, spark etc.
-Experience building ETL pipelines.
-Have experience working with distributed systems.
-Have delivered a production system on a large scale and has experience maintaining it.
-Leadership experience
Education/Qualifications
-BA/BS or MA/MS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
