Headquartered in Seattle with an office in San Francisco, we raised $60M Series B in April 2025 led by Sapphire Ventures with Mayfield and Thomson Reuters Ventures, bringing total funding to $91M. We're scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to join us in this next phase of growth.
We're looking for passionate team members who are motivated by our mission and ready to help us achieve it.
We’re looking for product-minded engineers who enjoy building across the stack and owning problems end-to-end. We value depth and engineers who are comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone when the problem calls for it.
If you’re front-end leaning, you care about crafting intuitive, performant, and accessible user experiences, and you collaborate closely with product and design to bring ideas to life.
If you’re back-end leaning, you enjoy designing scalable systems, building clean APIs and data pipelines, and ensuring reliability in production. You’re comfortable working in Python and thinking through architecture and performance.
You’re excited about applying LLMs and AI in real-world products from powering user-facing features to building evaluation and production workflows.
- End-to-end product experiences that define how customers interact with our platform - from polished, intuitive interfaces to the scalable systems behind them
- AI-driven capabilities powered by LLMs, turning research and experimentation into production-grade features used in high-stakes, real-world workflows
- The core backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power evaluation, orchestration, and intelligent decision-making at scale
- High-performance, reliable systems designed to handle growing volume, complexity, and customer demands
- The internal tooling, monitoring, and infrastructure that ensures our AI workflows are accurate, observable, and continuously improving
You won’t just ship features — you’ll shape the architecture, technical direction, and foundations of a rapidly evolving AI-driven platform.
- Experience shipping production software and owning meaningful systems or product areas
- Strong proficiency in either modern front-end development (e.g., React, TypeScript) or backend systems (e.g., Python, APIs, data pipelines), with the ability to work across the stack when needed
- Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and thinking through architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Solid engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, and iterative development practices
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems and customer needs into clear technical solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience working with LLMs, AI/ML systems, or data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern infrastructure patterns
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
We intentionally hire this role across multiple levels. During the interview process, we assess technical depth, ownership, system thinking, and impact. Final leveling and compensation are determined based on demonstrated ability and experience.
As an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Equity grants are designed to ensure employees share in the long-term success and upside of the company.
