Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Lead the definition, design, architecture and implementation of major new features for both current and future products, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable UI libraries and utilities, enabling seamless adoption across globally distributed teams while incorporating feedback for continuous improvements and efficiency. Work closely with cross-continental teams, including product managers, UX designers, and engineers to build intuitive and efficient long-term scalability and maintainability. Lead communities of practice across software engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies. Deploy, monitor, and operate large-scale production systems distributed globally. Address complex engineering and user experience challenges, delivering elegant, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning through active participation in design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions. Provide constructive feedback, and present to executive leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Full Stack Engineer, Computer Software Programmer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience in the following: utilizing software engineering concepts including User Interface Design, Front-End Development, Responsive Design, Design Systems and Component Libraries, Cross- Browser Compatibility, Accessibility, Security Best Practices. This position requires three (3) years of experience in the following: developing software using NodeJS, React.JS, TypeScript, React Hooks, Single SPA, and Module Federation for building modular and scalable micro-frontend applications; architecting, developing, and optimizing GraphQL APIs that leverage open-source Relay frameworks, enhance data-fetching efficiency, maintainability, and system reliability in data-intensive web applications; application development in commercial real estate products including lending and originations. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: leading and driving the end-to-end process of system design, application development, testing, and deployment within enterprise-level software projects, ensuring operational stability and maintaining comprehensive documentation; implementing CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Spinnaker to automate and streamline the software release process in cloud-based environments; utilizing web technologies, including Webpack 5, Babel, Redux, CSS3, Storybook, Material-UI, Salt, JSON, and REST APIs, to create responsive user interfaces for web applications; operating within an agile delivery environment, leveraging scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure iterative development and continuous improvement in software projects; applying knowledge of cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile technologies, to innovate and enhance product offerings; and utilizing public AWS cloud technologies, including AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, AWS S3 Bucket, AWS VPN, and AWS SAML/Cognito, to build and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based applications.

Full-Time. Salary: $188,200 - $215,000 per year.
