- Manage VnV Lifecycle Management: Ability to own the outcome of the system, ensuring comprehensive test coverage from component to system level. Experience executing sensor test frameworks that incorporate metrics from downstream SW algorithms.
- Work in Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional skill in navigating matrixed environments, distinguishing between component, subsystem, and system responsibilities, and driving consensus across HW, SW, and Safety teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Hardware Systems Engineering within complex, safety-critical industries (Automotive, Robotics, Aerospace).
- 5+ years of people management experience, specifically managing other managers or team leads.
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing the Systems Engineering V-Model, with a track record of connecting high-level product requirements to concrete engineering specifications.
- Experience managing system validation strategies, system integration testing, and closing the loop on field/test regressions.
- Proven ability to create and organize engineering workflows to drive organizational clarity.
Bonus Qualifications
