Most internships have you fetching coffee or fixing typos in documentation. This isn't that.
At Operio, we're a small team building AI-native systems that are transforming how enterprise fleets operate. You'll write code that goes into production, work directly with senior engineers, and see your contributions make a real difference—not six months from now, but while you're still here.
What You'll Actually DoBuild real features — Collaborate with our engineering team on applications that ship to real customers
Write production code — Python, JavaScript, SQL—the stuff that actually runs our platform
Work with data — Help design pipelines and analytics that turn messy fleet data into actionable insights
Learn by doing — Get hands-on with modern web development, databases, and AI/ML workflows
No busy work. No artificial projects. Just meaningful engineering alongside people who want to help you grow.
What We're Looking ForPursuing a BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Comfortable with Python and JavaScript (coursework, personal projects, or hackathons all count)
Curious about data—you like understanding what's happening beneath the surface
Clear communicator who asks good questions
Excited to learn fast in a startup environment where things move quickly
We're small enough that you'll matter and ambitious enough that you'll be challenged. You'll work on generative AI applications in a space (fleet management) that's genuinely ripe for disruption. And you'll leave with portfolio-worthy work and references who actually know your name.
Ready?Send us your resume and a few sentences about a project you're proud of—school, hackathon, side project, whatever. We care more about curiosity and initiative than a perfect GPA.
