What you’ll do

• Build end-to-end: from scrappy prototypes to production systems that actually scale
• Work with clients to turn messy, ambiguous asks into crisp technical solutions
• Play with the newest tools in AI/ML—experiment, break things, and push what’s possible
• Help set the tone for engineering culture, best practices, and infrastructure from day one
• Jam directly with the founders on product direction, technical strategy, and the first wave of hires

Good-to-haves

• Strong fundamentals in systems design + software engineering (heads up: our interview process is tough)
• “Dangerous enough” across the stack (backend, frontend, data, infra) and curious enough to figure out the rest on the fly
• Clear track record of excellence and ready to choose your own adventure
• Excited to dive into new problems, languages, and tech
• 3+ years of engineering experience (bonus points if it’s at a startup)
• Extra spark if you’ve touched ML, LLMs, or applied AI systems
