What you'll be doing:

  • Manage software and services entitlement modifications, including ownership transfers, contract/term adjustments, end-user contact changes, and serial number updates across all applicable systems.

  • Ensure the precision and dependability of data for software and support services within applicable systems. Generate and maintain operational reports, charts, and metrics for assigned areas.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product and program launches. Find opportunities for process and system improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement them.

  • Support EDI purchase order submissions and sales order bookings, addressing any issues with partners to determine root causes and resolutions.

  • Assist with NFR and non-standard software evaluation requests.

  • Facilitate order processing for software and support services, which involves handling SAP backlog reports, completing orders in SAP, generating entitlements in EMS, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

  • AI Implementation & Integration: Deploy and manage AI systems (e.g., GenAI tools, LLM-based agents, workflow automation) into daily business operations

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or targeted training in Business Operations for software and appliance service industries (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience in Finance or Business IT is considered beneficial.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, proven problem-solving capability, and the ability to multi-task.

  • Experience in software and support service management is advantageous. Familiarity with NVIDIA software products is also helpful.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
