What you will accomplish with us

As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the core of delivering strategic technology solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business needs into technology solutions and ensuring delivery aligned with architectural design
  • Leading solution governance by proposing, reviewing, and approving architecture decisions in accordance with enterprise guidelines
  • Ensuring seamless integration of solutions within existing ecosystems and proposing pragmatic workarounds when needed
  • Guaranteeing solution integrity and quality from design through delivery (end-to-end)
  • Aligning technology solutions with strategic objectives and contributing to process optimization
  • Providing multidisciplinary leadership to delivery teams and internal/external partners
  • Supporting project success by contributing to timeline, scope, and budget management
  • Ensuring traceability of architectural decisions and maintaining related documentation
  • Enforcing architecture methodologies and processes within the organization
  • Contributing to the evolution of architecture frameworks in collaboration with enterprise architecture
  • Maintaining accurate information related to applications under your responsibility
  • Performing ongoing technology watch to identify best practices and emerging trends

What will help you succeed in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Has a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in architecture roles
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Now Assist, etc.)
  • Is recognized for strong leadership within multidisciplinary teams
  • Has solid knowledge of cloud environments (security, integration, performance, etc.)
  • Can effectively manage complex, multi-dimensional initiatives
  • Excels in communication, simplification, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Thrives in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
  • Has experience in large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Is familiar with DevOps, Agile, Lean, MVP, and ITIL practices
  • Is fluent in French (spoken and written)
  • Intermediate level of English required, as the role involves , leading meetings, presenting solutions, and producing documentation with internal and external partners, on a daily basis.
